For upgrading your free enduser account into a reseller account you need to order the reseller service first.
The order and handling is done within the DANEC customer webpanel.
During the order process you will be asked for your username. The username is the name you have used for your free enduser account within our system. Please recheck what you enter to prevent type mismatches. This is very important for upgrading your account from an enduser account into a reseller account.
The whole order process is handled by the DANEC customer webpanel. Please not that you will charged at least for the first month of service during signup with 39.00 Euro. Based on our location and system it can happen that you will swiss francs instead of euro, so you will be charged with 55.00 swiss francs instead of 39.00 euro.
